What should I do if I currently use the decommissioned Connect App?

Existing users of the Connect App will need to download the new MyVM App. You will have access to your billing, manage your wifi experience, control their kids internet access and lots more. Full details of the new app can be found here

Why am I seeing a pop up message when I open the Connect App?

We are presenting this pop up message to direct you to download the new MyVM App in the App stores

Why can’t I find the Connect App in the App Store/IOS?

The app has been removed from the app stores. You will find the new MyVM App available to download in the App Stores

When will existing users no longer have access to the Connect App?

The App will be fully decommissioned for existing users on the 27th of June

How can I access my bills after the Connect App decommissioning?

You will have access to your bills and a lot more on the new MyVM app
