19 February 2021: Virgin Media Business is celebrating after being named the top Business Broadband Provider at the InBusiness Recognition Awards 2020. The annual ceremony was held on January 29^th, and aims to honour and celebrate success, achievement, and ambition within Irish business, and acknowledge the contributions of individuals to grow business throughout Ireland.

 

Virgin Media Business was awarded the title in recognition of how it reacted to the huge challenges faced by sectors in 2020, with innovation and agility. This was especially evident in the ‘Backing Business’ campaign, which showcased hundreds of Irish companies across Virgin Media Television platforms, giving TV advertising exposure to small businesses who would not have otherwise been able to afford it.

 

As businesses came to terms with their new normal, and reinvented themselves to keep trading, Virgin Media supported them, sharing their inspiring stories of resilience across the Virgin Media Television channels—Virgin Media One, Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Three and social media platforms. Virgin Media channels reach approx. 2.7 million people every week.
