All connected packages are subject to a 36 month contract, unless otherwise stated. 30 days written notice is required should you wish to cancel your service. A cancellation fee will apply should you cancel during the contract period. 

Virgin Connected Red Office is available to new Virgin Media Business customers only. Price is based on 100Mb dedicated internet access and 4 WiFi access points. To avail of this package, customers must be on our network footprint and sign up to Direct Debit at the point of sale. Package price does not include cost of telephone voice traffic or cost of installation. Cost of install will vary subject to site survey. Where additional services are required the package price will change to reflect additional services. To cancel your Virgin Connected Red Office subscription contract, you must provide 30 days’ notice in writing to Virgin Media Business.

Virgin Connected Guest is available to new Virgin Media Business customers only. Price is based on 100Mb dedicated internet access, 40 WiFi access points, 105 TV points in a minimum ‘of 100 rooms over 5 floors. To avail of this package, customers must be on our network footprint and sign up to Direct Debit at the point of sale. Package price does not include Sports, Movies, Pay Per View, Network Controller, outside access points or cost of installation. Cost of install will vary subject to site survey. Where additional services are required the package price will change to reflect additional services. To cancel your Virgin Connected Guest subscription contract, you must provide 30 days’ notice in writing to Virgin Media Business.
