Pro Rate & First Bill Queries

When you sign up to Virgin Media, you'll be billed from the time you receive your equipment. This means that on your first bill you'll be charged for more than just 30 days.

For example:

• Customer receives equipment on the 19th of July
  
  
• Billing Cycle is the 28th of the month They will be charged from the 19th July up to the 27th
  
  
• They will also be charged for a month in advance - from July 28th up to August 27th
