How to track your order

Who will deliver my order, and how will I be notified?

Your equipment will be delivered by the courier company, DPD. They'll text and email you with a delivery date and provide you with a tracking reference number. They'll also give you a one hour delivery slot, so you'll know when to be in. 

You can track & manage your delivery once you receive the delivery text & email from DPD.

How do I know when I will receive my order?

You should receive your order within two working days, but it depends on where you live and whether it is a very busy period like Christmas.  

Quick tip: Don't forget you can change your delivery address after your order has been placed. Simply click on the manage your delivery option on the text or email from DPD.

You can track your delivery using the 'Track and Trace' service at https://dpd.ie/tracking and entering your tracking ID.

What should I do if a home delivery doesn't suit me?

You can reschedule the delivery date or update the delivery address once you receive the delivery text & email from DPD.

It may suit you better to collect your parcel at a time that's more convenient for you. Ever heard of DPD’s PUDO service? The no-hassle parcel pick up & drop off service.

There are 600 of these points nationwide, located in newsagents and petrol stations.

Simply click on the manage your delivery option in the text or email from DPD to select your preferred pick-up point.

Can I change my delivery address?

What to do when you're expecting new equipment, but your delivery address has changed.

DPD is our chosen courier service. Their couriers will try to deliver your order the next working day. You will receive an email and text message from them on the day your order is received into the warehouse - this is normally the same day your order is placed unless you order over a weekend.

They will also give you the option to change your delivery address, but if you change it, it may take an extra working day to process your order.

You can check the status of your order in your My Virgin Media account.

I’m having trouble setting up my equipment, can someone from Virgin Media help me?

Of course, our engineers will come to your home, at a time that suits you, to help you get up and running.

If you haven't yet bought a Virgin Media bundle, you can choose an engineer installation option at the checkout.
