How do I Creating a My Virgin Media account

Go to this page on our website to register for an account.

Start filling in your profile

You should use your email address as your username and create your own password.

You'll then see a message, How would you like to be addressed?

 - add in whether you want to be a: Mr, Mrs, Miss etc.

Confirmation

We'll send you an email to the email address that you provided. The subject title of the email will read: Please verify your email address. Registering for My Virgin Media.

Click on the link in the email to complete your registration.

You'll be asked to enter both your eight-digit Virgin Media account number and your surname. If you can't find your account number, please check your order confirmation email or alternatively you can get in touch on freephone 1908, or via our online chat.

Can I add another account to my Virgin Media profile?

Your My Virgin Media profile is made up of two sorts of accounts, one that covers everything to do with your TV, broadband and home phone, and another for your mobile phone if you have one. That's because they have separate account numbers. We recommend if you have both a mobile plan and a bundle with us, to register both accounts on your profile. Here's how you do it...

Log in to My Virgin Media

Find your your account numbers, user name and email address.

Quick tip: If you can't find your account numbers you can get them from your bills. If you're having trouble, get in touch with us.

Log in to your My Virgin Media Account.

Find: My Profile.

About halfway down, you'll see an option: Add another account.

Please make sure you have the second account number to hand.

Follow the simple steps and add the second account.

Can I allow a third party to discuss details of my account with your Customer Care?

That’s not a problem. However, in accordance with Data Protection legislation, we can only discuss account details with a person named on the account.

To speak to a member of our customer care team and add the other party, dial “1908” and select Option 2. Overseas customers can call 00 353 1 245 8000. Please remember to have your account number on hand. We also need to speak with the person you want to add, so it’s a good idea to have them on hand too.
