How do I find out if I’m entitled to a refund?
You do not need to do anything, we will contact all impacted customers directly
If I’m entitled to a refund, when will I receive it?
We will start issuing refunds from early January up to the end of March
Do I need to do anything to claim the refund?
No. The refund cheque will be enclosed / attached to your letter
How will you be refunding impacted Customers?
All refunds will be made by cheque and sent directly to impacted customers by the end of March next year.
Can you confirm if I am on the list to be refunded?
All impacted customers will be contacted directly.
I set up another account with you since - will the credit be transferred?
All impacted customers that have re-joined us will be automatically credited under their current Virgin Media account.
I have moved address since will you be sending it to the new address?
We can only issue cheques to impacted customers at their last address.
Can I get my refund now?
We will start issuing refunds to impacted customers from January 2021
